Here at Church Brook Farm we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor services to the specific needs of the client. Therefore, we provide a large choice of services from Grass livery to DIY to Part Livery. Each particular type of livery required can be amended to fit the needs of the owner and we are happy to be flexible.

Grass Livery

Unassisted Grass Livery: grazing and water supply, use of tying up area and the use of the off road riding.
Assisted Grass Livery: grazing and water supply use of tying up area, tack-room, unlimited use of the Indoor and Outdoor schools, and the off road riding.

Please note; during the winter months we also offer a separate price including hay to supplement the horse’s diet.

DIY Basic Livery

Includes stable, grass, hay and straw (not shavings). The unlimited use of the off-road riding, indoor school and outdoor school. The use of all the associating facilities- tack room, feed room, hosing area and so on.

Please note; there are two separate prices available for DIY Basic. One for DIY including hay and straw and one for DIY Basic including only hay.

DIY Assisted Livery

This service includes exactly the same as the DIY Basic, however one end of the day is carried out for the client by us, e.g. turning out or bringing in. This will include the change of rugs, hosing of feet, picking out of feet, when appropriate.

This service can be provided on a 5-day or 7-day system or provided to however suits the client.

Part Livery 5-days

This includes a stable, grass, mucking out, hay, bedding, turning in and out, changing rugs and other general forms of horse care, for example, hosing, picking feet and so on.
This service also includes the handling for vets, dentists and farrier's where appropriate.
Includes the use of the off-road riding, indoor school, outdoor school, and all associating facilities.

Please note this service does not include the exercising of the horse, unless specified by the client.

AM or PM At grass: Feed and checks, including picking feet, fly spray and so on.
AM or PM At grass: Visual Check, no feed etc given.
